A Valley man accused of purchasing legal marijuana in California and shipping it to the Valley may now spend time behind bars.
Gordon Bryan Cellum was charged today in federal court and denied bond.
Cellum allegedly tried to mail over 100 electronic cigarettes with marijuana extract– along with 4-lbs. of the pure narcotic– to his girlfriend in the city of Donna.
U.S. Postal service investigators alerted authorities.
Cellum’s next court date is Friday.
