A man faces charges at an Edinburg Municipal Court after being linked to a shooting in Alamo several months ago.
Lorenzo Garza was detained by police on Friday around 1:30 am following a pursuit that ended at the intersection of Highway 107 and tower road after Garza landed his infinity vehicle in a ditch. On board were five other people including a 14 month old baby. He was being sought by authorities for a shooting that took place in the city of Alamo a few months prior. Garza was charged today with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, placing a child in danger and illegal possession of a firearm. His bond was set at $150,000.
