Friends of the late, Frank Hernandez who was killed in Sunday’s shooting in Orlando– express to Fox 2 News, how this young man made an impact in their lives and how much he will be missed.
This young man from the city of Weslaco, was part of this tragic event, however, many say he’s left a legacy they will always remember.
Frank Hernandez is described cheerful, happy, and always having a smile on his face.
It’s been seven years, that Frank Hernandez stepped foot into Valley All Stars Cheer and Tumbling in Weslaco and where he met Alessandra Juarez. Alessandra says it wasn’t long before Frank went from a student to a coach. Hearing the news about his passing, Juarez says has been hard to cope with. During his years at Valley All Stars Weslaco, Frank helped many with their tumbling skills. In that time, he also coached Gabriel Ayala.
Frank Hernandez was among the forty nine people murdered this past Sunday during a shooting at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida.
Frank’s name was not part of the first list of fatalities, however, his name was mentioned during Monday’s final list..
Frank’s body is currently in Orlando at this moment and plans are to bring his body back to the Rio Grande Valley to be buried.
