Eric Davila was killed last Friday, his family and friends said their last goodbyes yesterday and today, they plan to honor him by creating a scholarship in his name.

The UTPA student and his friend Joshua Dezenea were out and about last Friday night when Eric lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole.
Eric died and Joshua remains is still fighting for his life in a valley hospital.
Despite the family’s loss, they are now continuing their son’s legacy for education.
Eric’s mother describes him as a friendly and caring person with a lot of school spirit… That’s why they plan to create a scholarship in his name.
The family is now left with unforgettable memories of Eric, and this scrap book filled with letters from friends and people whose lives he touched.
