A Mexican supreme court has ruled that infamous Cartel Leader, Rafael Caro-Quintero shouldn’t have been released from prison.

A man that has become a ghost to authorities.

That decision came yesterday.

Caro quintero was released in August, 12 years early from a 40-year prison sentence.

Earlier this week the U.S. Government issued a $5M reward for the drug lord, wanted in the kidnapping, torture and murder of DEA Agent, Enrique “Kiki” Camarena in 1985.

Since his release, Caro-Quintero’s whereabouts are unknown.
