The man who threatened Hidalgo County Sheriff Guadalupe Trevino’s, life faced a judge today.
Twenty-eight-year-old, Alonzo Adan Arguelles confessed he made the death threat which he published on a local facebook fan page.
An investigation led deputies to Arguelles yesterday morning on the 600 block of River St. in Mission, where he was placed under arrest.
Authorities say Arguelles has a criminal history including charges of marijuana possession, theft, assault and unlawfully carrying a gun.
Arguelles faces charges of making terrorist threats and was issued a half-million-dollar bond.
