Edinburg authorities conducted more arrests in connection to this case, four of the 10 suspects appeared before a judge this afternoon.
After last Thursday’s botched home invasion that left one edinburg police officer shot, authorities have worked day and night to execute the arrests of the individuals involved in this case.
As of Monday morning, six people had been arrested and charged accordingly.
Today 27-year-old Juan Manuel Teran of McAllen, 33-year-old Julio Cesar Delira of Edinburg, 23-year-old Margarito Hernandez, and 23-year-old Oziel Flores of McAllen, were arraigned, all four men faced charges for capital murder and aggravated robbery.
Six other suspects remain in custody and authorities are not able to confirm if more arrests are expected.
All four suspects were issued combined bonds of $2M, they will remain incarcerated until a trial date has been set.
