Over $19,000 worth of cocaine strapped to a woman’s body as she crosses the border
A woman strapped with over $19,000 worth of cocaine on her body is arrested at the Hidalgo International Bridge.
Customs agents arrested a 23-year-old female, U.S. citizen from Reynosa, Mexico after discovering over 2 and a half pounds of alleged cocaine concealed on her body. The narcotics carry an estimated street value of $19,720.
The drugs were seized and the young woman was turned over to Homeland Security.
