Three Hospitalized after Two Vehicles Crash Into PSJA School Bus

ALAMO – A crash involving two passenger vehicles and a school bus sends three people to the hospital.

It happened around 4 o’clock this afternoon at the intersection of Alamo Road and Minnesota.

DPS responded to the crash site, and Sgt. Johnny Hernandez tells Fox 2 News a green Pontiac Grand Am traveling westbound on Minnesota road failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and collided with a red Dodge sport passenger van traveling northbound on Alamo road.

The PSJA school bus was stationary at the stop sign facing eastbound at the intersection.

The van then struck the bus carrying three students at the time. The children did not suffer injuries, but the driver of the car along with the driver and passenger of the van were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries.
