Homicide detectives have identified the body belonging to 43 year-old Eluterio Orduno-Barrera, believed to be a Mexican national. The victim was located off FM-511 wrapped in a white blanket bearing signs of torture. The body was taken to a Harlingen facility where autopsy and toxicology tests are being performed, as police work to notify next-of-kin.
