Weslaco residents have filed a complaint against the city council after they say they were kicked out of an open meeting, a complaint that can lead to jail time. After five years authorities say they finally have the man accused in the brutal stabbing death of a Weslaco high school teacher. The family of Eduardo Cruz may finally get justice for his murder with the help of mexican authorities. Stabbing At Weslaco Gas Station

A routine fill-up at the gas pump turned into a scary situation for one man in Weslaco who quickly became a stabbing victim. According to Weslaco police, it all began at around 6 p.m. with the suspect asking the victim for $2 while pumping gas at the Valero on Frontage and FM 1015 when he pulled out a knife.
