Rio Grande Valley residents now have access to a state of the art rehabilitation facility fully geared to getting people back on their feet. Xcell orthopaedics unveiled their new facility to the public yesterday afternoon. The facility specializes in sports rehabilitation therapy, arthritis, post surgical rehab, lower back, shoulder and knee pain therapy and balance and gait training. Rio Grande valley families are invited to take advantage of the book fair named “Leer es Saber” or “To Read is to Know” They are talking about a book fair, this event aims to promote and instill the habit of reading in a family environment.
