Texas (KFXV) — Lawmakers have proposed legislation that would allow first responders to carry handguns. The bill filed would allow first responders to carry a handgun while on duty, if they have a permit to do so. Often time, emergency medical crews are the first one to arrive on scene. Spring Break Undercover Operations Crack Down on Underage Alcohol Sales

As spring break gets underway across Texas, Agents from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission will  be conducting a series of undercover operations intended to curtail sales of alcohol to persons under 21. These “minor stings” – will take place over the next two weeks at retailers located along popular travel corridors between major Texas cities and the Gulf Coast. Undercover TABC agents will accompany a minor-aged volunteer who will attempt to purchase alcohol. Lindsey Vonn broke her arm during a crash in training in Colorado and underwent surgery. The four-time overall World Cup champion has been battered by injuries in recent years and hopes to return to skiing "as soon as possible."
