A terrifying case for any parent but one that has become more common in recent weeks, a car theft suspects not only taking the vehicle but the victim’s child inside. Ray Marchan’s Daughter Found Dead

Rancho Viejo police are investigating the death of a woman identified as the daughter of Ray Marchan, the Cameron County attorney who committed suicide at South Padre Island early this year. Rancho Viejo police responded to the La Jacaranda Apartments located on Santa Ana Ave., Tuesday afternoon and found 22-year-old, Devon Raye Marchan unconscious on her bed.
