Judge Refuses Bond Reduction in SPI Hit and Run

SPI (KFXV) — A judge has refused to reduce the bond for the 20-year-old woman accused of striking five people during spring break, and fleeing the scene. 20-year-old, Daisy Joy Decker, of Sugarland, Texas, initially had a $130,000 bond for the multiple charges for her alleged involvement of a hit and run on March 17th.
