A Car thief is still on the run, even after the car owner spotted his vehicle and contacted the authorities.  Multiple agencies responded to the incident with one school placed on lock-down. Authorities are still searching for the suspect was reportedly a high school student. Juarez-Lincoln High School was on lock-down as authorities searched for the suspect at this morning. La Joya, TX – La Joya ISD Dropout Prevention Department will be having their annual Community Walk on Thursday, September 22nd and Friday, September 23rd from 9:00am to 12:00pm. La Joya Theft Caught On Camera

We have an update on a story we first told you about regarding the theft of two La Joya I.S.D utility vehicles. The crime was caught on tape and the school district has released surveillance footage to Fox 2 news hoping to find the culprits who made off with two utility trucks and trailers from the district’s maintaince building near La Homa road and mile 3 in Palmview. The La Joya ISD police is still looking for three suspects driving a two toned black and gold expedition. The incident happened on April 14th after two suspects broke into the facility.
