47 Immigrants Rescued From Edinburg Stash House

EDINBURG – A group of undocumented immigrants were removed from a human stash house this afternoon. It happened around 3:30 this afternoon at a home on Cambridge street in Edinburg. Border patrol agents removed 47 people from inside the residence and loaded them onto a bus and a van and transported them to the McAllen border patrol station for processing. Authorities tell Fox 2 news, five juveniles were among the people taken into custody. U.S. border patrol did not confirm if any smugglers were apprehended. 20 Immigrants Found In Upscale Stash House in Mission

ICE agents raided an upscale neighborhood this morning and found and undercover stash house used to hide undocumented immigrants. The residence on San Jacinto St. inside “Cimarron Estates” in Mission was used by smugglers to temporarily hold their human cargo.
