Investigation Underway After Train Kills Man

Harlingen (KFXV) — Police investigating a man’s death after getting hit by train. Harlingen police say a man was struck by a train around 3:30 this morning. Officers arrived at the scene near the intersection of Commerce Street and Jefferson Avenue where they found the man’s body lying along the tracks. Authorities have not identified the victim but, believe he’s around 25 to 35 years old. Police say that even if the tracks are easily accessible, no one should be near them. Harlingen (KFXV) — The family of the missing teen — Briana Becerra — spoke to Fox News, hoping she returns home soon. Brianna’s family has not seen her since monday near the 500 block of north “A” street in Harlingen. Though they have been in contact with her through “electronic devices”. She’s described as five foot, three inches, approximately 126 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Her mother says she just wants her daughter back. We have an update to a story we brought you Tuesday night of an aggravated robbery, all caught on camera. Wednesday afternoon, investigators say the suspect has turned himself in. The Harlingen Police Department reports that Miguel Angel Flores — wanted for an aggravated robbery on the 2200 block of North Commerce Street, and a separate burglary on the 1100 block of East Jackson — turned himself in of his own free will.
