$18,000 in Beehives Stolen from Hargill Farm

A bee-keeper claims thousands of dollars’ worth of his beehives and bee-keeping equipment has been stolen out of Hargill. Those bees are used to pollinate crops in the area. Nine pallets, each containing 36 bee hives were stolen from a property located off FM 493 in rural Hargill. In total, 324 hives were stolen. Those hives have an estimated value of $18,000.
