The defense attorney requested a new pre-trial date as they await results of firearms analysis. Genaro Maldonado Martinez was back in court this morning. Suspect Arrested in Jaguars Strip Club Shooting

A man is facing criminal charges in connection to a deadly shooting Sunday. 29-year-old Genaro Maldonado was brought before a judge, after being arrested last night at a home on the 400 block of Cripple Creek Circle in the city of Alamo. He was charged with murder and given a 1-million dollar bond. Maldonado faces charges in connection with a shooting at Jaguar’s strip club last Sunday that left Jaxmany Jazan Montes of McAllen dead and six people injured.
