Spring Break Undercover Operations Crack Down on Underage Alcohol Sales

As spring break gets underway across Texas, Agents from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission will  be conducting a series of undercover operations intended to curtail sales of alcohol to persons under 21. These “minor stings” – will take place over the next two weeks at retailers located along popular travel corridors between major Texas cities and the Gulf Coast. Undercover TABC agents will accompany a minor-aged volunteer who will attempt to purchase alcohol. Man Accused of Killing His Cousin Faces Homicide Charges

Edinburg (KFXV) — In Edinburg, a man is now facing homicide charges, accused of killing his cousin after shooting him in the head. This is video of Luis Alfredo Rios during his first appearance in court.. Rios was taken into custody, February 9th after police rushed to the 900 block of Lovett when they received an emergency call.
