Mission (KFXV) — A mother and her three children are on the streets after a fire consumes their home. We spoke with the family who say they are now faced with how to survive. This after coming home to firefighters battling to extinguish the flames inside their house. Edinburg Family Loses Home To Fire

Edinburg (KFXV) — A family loses their home, this time due to a short circuit. It happened on Trenton Rd and Alberta Rd. Apparently a working mother was not home when the fire started. Her daughter who was asleep with her two children when the fire start spread from the kitchen area. The Edinburg Fire Department arrive on the scene but unfortunately the fire consumed the entire home and left the family with nothing. Body of Yvette Franco Found in Mercedes

MERCEDES (KFXV) — The body of missing 24 year old yvette franco is found.  Now family and friends begin planning her funeral.   Late this morning authorities confirming they found Yvette Franco’s dead in a canal near mile 10 in Mercedes.   Almost a week after her disappearance, her body is discovered just hours after her vehicle is  located inside a canal near the Mercedes Livestock Show Grounds  – on FM 491. Apple urges organ donation via new iPhone software

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Apple wants to encourage millions of iPhone owners to register as organ donors through a software update that will add an easy sign-up button to the health information app that comes installed on every smartphone the company makes.
