‘Not Guilty’ Verdict in Former CBP Officer’s Trial

Edinburg (KFXV) — Former Customs and Border Protection officer, Randal Wayne Sutterfield, is found not guilty on two charges against him. This after two hours of deliberation by jurors at the 319th district court. After four days of testimonies and two hours of deliberation, the jury found Randal Wayne Sutterfield, ‘not guilty’ on charges against him, for allegedly shooting a man, three years ago. Edinburg (KFXV) — In an Hidalgo County courtroom, a former Customs and Border Protection Officer made his first appearance in an attempted murder trial. The former Customs and Border Protection Officer faced a ‘criminal attempted murder’ charge, three years ago– however this week, his case is being reviewed at a state district court. Trial Begins in gentlemen’s club Shooting

Edinburg (KFXV) — The man accused of killing a man and injuring six with gunfire at a gentlemen’s club makes an appearance in court today. The defense attorney requested a new pre-trial date as they await results of firearms analysis. Genaro Maldonado Martinez was back in court this morning.
