Rio Grande City (KFXV) — U.S. Border Patrol agents rescued a man attempting to enter the U.S. Illegally. Thursday officers noticed a Mexican National, swimming with a large group, struggling to stay afloat while attempting to cross the river. The man lost consciousness in the water and Border Patrol agents pulled him up from the river and began CPR on the unresponsive man.
