RGV (KFXV) — New developments in an eight-year legal battle between Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid and FEMA. Several Rio Grande Valley families will now be able to have their cases reviewed once again. 26 families will have their applications for assistance for Hurricane Dolly, reevaluated– after a district court ordered FEMA to stop using one rule used to determine damages. ALTON (KFXV) — A mother and her two children in alton are left with nothing after their home catches fire. Take a look – the house practically gutted by the blaze.
