Man Arrested for Impeding Arrest in Connection to Shots Fired Incident

MCALLEN (KFXV) —  McAllen Police have a suspect in custody in connection with a shots fired incident at a department store parking lot over the weekend. The incident of shots fired happened and the 900 block of Expressway 83 on Saturday night.    In custody is 24-year-old, Manuel Diaz Jr, who faces charges for impeding police from an arrest related to the incident. No injuries are being reported, police continue to investigate and are asking for the help of all fox viewers.
