Sullivan City (KFXV) — A judge quashes an indictment against former police chief and now the door is open to for a possible re-hire.
Miguel Martinez faced three charges against him –two charges for abuse of public position and theft.
Now the Sullivan Police Department Former Chief could possibly be reinstated as a public servant.
