FT. Hood 4-Year Anniversary, Announces Building Will Be Torn Down

Fort Hood is marking the four-year anniversary of the 2009 shooting by tearing down the building where the massacre took place.

It was November 5th when Army Major, Nidal Hasan opened fire on the Texas base.

Thirteen people lost their lives and dozens more were injured.

Hasan was convicted and sentenced to death for the crimes although the base has decided to remove the structure since the shooting.

Fort Hood says that they now have a project in the works for the other four buildings.
