McAllen (KFXV) — Tonight Osiel Hernandez speaks exclusively to FOX NEWS about his encounter with a man who faces kidnapping, and capital murder charges

I spoke to the victim, who says at least six shots were fired into his home after Evodio Bautista went on a jealous rage– over his ex-girlfriend.

It all started just after midnight on Sunday, February 26th, when Osiel Hernandez and his girlfriend left a nightclub in McAllen.

He says, his girlfriend noticed someone following her and returned to his home.

That’s when thirty-one-year-old, Evodio Bautista arrived – moments later.

According to Hernandez, Bautista took his ex-girlfriend by force and left the home after he shot at him several times.

Despite not knowing the suspect, Hernandez tells me his girlfriend always described Bautista as abusive.

Bautista faces faces aggravated kidnapping, and attempted capital murder charges.

Once in custody he was also charged with ‘indecency with a child’ — in another investigation.
His total bond is $550,000 dollars.
