Edinburg (KFXV) — The faith of the Ex-priest John Feit will be determined by a jury starting on April 24th.
92nd district judge, Luis Singleterry will be presiding over the case. As FOX has reported, Feit is accused of killing Irene Garza more than 50 years ago.
Today, back in court for a preliminary hearing where the trial date was set and he will be back in court for another hearing before trial begins on February 20th. This after prosecutors gathered enough evidence and Feit was arrested at his Arizona home around a year ago – and brought back to the valley where he remains in jail. Count on fox news to be there from beginning to end.

  2. I’m concerned that a man this age is put in jail and kept there for this length of time. Certainly in the course of 50 years there has been ample time to gather any evidence and proceed to trial without keeping a man of this age in jail for a year…before setting a trial date. What evidence could there possibly be that wasn’t available 50 years ago?
