Edinburg (KFXV) — In the third day of trail against Randale Wayne Sutterfield, the Ex-Customs and Border Protections Agent took the stand.

His testimony helping to clarify the shooting that took place three years ago.
Several people took the stand today, including both the victim and the alleged gunman. Our cameras were the only ones to capture this moment.
Both men referring to the shooting that happened on February 7, 2014– that left Gustavo Guerra hospitalized.
Morning, 44-year-old, Randal Wayne Sutterfield was detained at the Falfurrias checkpoint as he tried to flee.
His shooting victim, recalled the shooting happened just after an argument untangled between Sutterfield and his then-girlfriend, Criteslia Guerra.
The prosecutor will begin cross examination tomorrow.
