Hidalgo (KFXV) — Border Patrol agents seize over $313,000 worth of cocaine.

The seizure happened on Thanksgiving at the Hidalgo International Bridge.
Officers pulled over a gold 2007 Chevrolet Equinox for a secondary for inspection. The car was driven by a 20-year-old male U.S. citizen from Pharr. They discovered 16 packages allegedly containing approximately 40.61 pounds of cocaine.
Agents seized the narcotics along with the vehicle, arrested the driver, and turned him over to the custody of Homeland Security.
