Hidalgo County (KFXV) — The case of an 11 month old baby’s death returns to a courtroom. The minor died from blunt force trauma to the head. Parents Interrogated in Death of 7-Month-Old

Edinburg (KFXV)–The parents of a 7 month old baby who died yesterday are being interrogated. We reported first on Fox, that the parents called police and told them their child was unconscious but, when police arrived the baby was already dead. Two Face Assault Charges in Weslaco

Weslaco (KFXV) — 26 year old, Manuel Martinez, and 22 year old, Edgar Hernandez facing aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and theft of a firearm, after allegedly shooting Jose Gonzales in the left leg. According to Weslaco police officers, the said crime taking place in Issa Rodriguez Park located at 1200 E 6th Street. A judge issued each man a $120,000 bond. Alleged Heated Discussion Leads to Shooting

Rio Grande City (KFXV) — A heated discussion might be the cause of another shooting, at least according to witnesses. The incident happened around 7pm in the evening. A couple and a friend were having a conversation when the suspects identified as Daniel Escamilla and Pee Wee moreno arrived. Escamilla started a confrontation with one of the victims and when a friend tried to intervene, Moreno pointed a gun at them. Shots were fired but hit a vehicle.
