A Woman found Dead inside Mobile Home in Palmview

A woman has been found dead inside a mobile home located on the G & G drive.  Palmview police tells Fox News, they received a call around 2pm of a body found inside this home. When they arrived, a man, who they say is not a suspect in the case attempted to get in his car and leave.  Police have taken him into custody. The Starr County District Attorney’s Office announcing a fourth suspect has been arrested in connection to a 17-year-old’s murder over the summer 18-year-old, Salvador Martinez was arrested by the Texas Rangers on Thursday and charged with tampering with evidence and tampering with a corpse. Man Dies In Auto Accident in Harlingen

A man’s life cut short last night after an auto-pedestrian accident in Harlingen. It was at around 9 pm when Harlingen Police responded to the corner of Loop 499 and New Combes Highway.  First responders on the scene located the victim – a male-  lying on the road where he was declared dead.  An investigation determining he had been struck by a vehicle  traveling west.  Authorities continue investigating the crash.  No word yet on who was responsible.  We will update you as more details become...

A Brownsville Commissioner who used a racial slur to describe two black assistant district attorneys has resigned. Brownsville City Commissioner Cesar De Leon submitted his letter of resignation Thursday night, citing a conflict of interest between his duties as a lawyer and as a city commissioner.
