Those waiting for the results of an HIV test won’t have to wait more than a minute thanks to the unveiling of a new medical testing program. In honor of National Latino Aids Awareness Day, the Valley AIDS Council or VAC added the INSTI HIV test to its list of available services. The one minute test requires a simple prick of the finger. San Juan police are investigating an attempted murder case where a man stabbed his soon to be ex-wife 24 times in the chest and back. All this, in the presence of the couple’s 10 year old daughter. Police responded to this residence on Scotty Street in San Juan, early Sunday morning. Upon arrival they encountered a 29 year old woman bleeding to death in the front yard.
