20 Year Sentenced Issued on Former Border Patrol Agent

EDINBURG (KFXV) — 20 years in jail — that’s the sentence handed down by a judge to former Border Patrol Agent, Joel Luna Rodriguez.
In Cameron County, a jury found him guilty last month. The 2 decades in jail are for his participation in organized criminal activity for the death of an undocumented man found beheaded

In Laguna Madre and another count of criminal activity with intent to distribute cocaine.
A jury also found his brother, Eduardo Luna Rodriguez, guilty on the four charges against him, including capital murder, murder and two counts of organized criminal activity.
