Brownsville (KFXV) — One-hundred eighty-seven thousand dollars of alleged cocaine was seized the Gateway International Bridge.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers confiscated the alleged narcotics from a 19-year-old male driving a 1998 Ford Mustang. Upon secondary inspection, agents discovered 10 packages within the vehicle, totally over 24 pounds. The case is still under investigation, and the driver, vehicle and narcotics were handed over to Homeland Security.
